Hacked Account

My account was just hacked for a pick up purchase at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta, GA for $123. Luckily I caught it immediately because they used my linked PayPal account to make the purchase and I got a notification from PayPal. I was able to log on and quickly cancel the order here and change my password as well as change my PayPal credentials. Any plans on offering 2-factor authentication for our Sephora accounts??

This just happened to me. Over $300 charged for a pickup in AZ when I live halfway across the country in another state. Very disappointed in Sephora's lack of security. I will be deactivating my account after over a decade of business. Too risky.
