SO GIRLS GUESS WHAT!

4 years shopping instore and decided to shop online because my husband didnt have time to take me to the mall

so I said okay fine I will make an online order for once..

BIG MISTAKE

got my order and was so excited to finally open it once I got back from my trip and to my surprise.

EMPTY BOX

I've heard stories about this happening but couldn't believe my first order online it would happen...

No idea what to do and am very sad, I need help please let me know what to do, I am not sure if Sephora will even believe me if I go instore and show them... What do I do?
