Got charged but no confirmation email!!!!!

I placed an order successfully using Klarna, but the page unexpectedly redirected back to the cart, and the products were still there.  I believed that the order might not have gone through so I placed another order using my own credit card. The second order went through, and I received a confirmation email from Sephora. However, when I was checking my credit card transaction history, I found out that Klarna had charged me, yet I couldn't find any record of the order in my Klarna app. This is incredibly frustrating. Since this is an internal issue between Sephora and Klarna, I would prefer not to be advised by customer service to contact Klarna on my end.
