Got a “Back in Stock” text Alert for the Makeup by Mario Ethereal Eye Palette

I got a text saying that the Makeup by Mario Ethereal Eyes palette is back in stock, but I checked as soon as I got the text and the app says they don’t carry this product anymore 😩 Anyone know why they’d send a false back in stock text?

Same thing just happened to me. I realized I spent too much money on makeup recently so I deleted the app just to get that text... didn't work with the link so I downloaded the app again... I wonder if it was phising??

I just got the same text!! I've never gone to the app more quickly in my life! So bummed!

I'm so sorry about that! It's possible the message may have been sent in error or we only had a few in stock and it quickly went out of stock again.

I received the same text messages and then I got an email yesterday and immediately clicked on it and it will not come up.  #makeupbymario #etheraleyes

Hi @JennaRoyal I'm so sorry about that! It is possible a small amount was released and went out of stock quickly or it may have been sent out in error.

This is the second time I've gotten this false alert. Both times I was on my phone when I got the notification and clicked immediately. Neither time worked - just took me to the app and now the palette isn't even listed on the website. Seems like this is definitely an error and not simply selling out. Someone should definitely figure this out because I've been on the waitlist for weeks and like I said its the second fake notification I've gotten.

I’ve had the same thing happen today and I unfortunately didn’t see my phone in time. I’d like to have the notifications for it turned back on - so I’d like to get a text when it comes back in stock again - but since it now says the product is unavailable, I don’t have the option. Can I please get some help?
