Glamglow waterburs deluxe sample unusable

Dear Sephora Customer Service Team, I specifically ordered items to receive the glamglow waterburst deluxe sample, but when it showed up, it appeared that someone dipped a finger in it and took out a whole chunk of the product. You can see the bottom of the jar. Please look at the photos provided below. I would appreciate your help with this. Thank you.
