Gift with purchases lately

Is something wrong with the gwp lately? Everytime I go to redeem it says itโ€™s run out of stock.  But the thing is Iโ€™m doing it right in the morning when they release the new gwp for that day.. how can it be out of stock already? Iโ€™ve tried three separate times the past week on three different gwp and all were the same. Couldnโ€™t get anything.. there used to be so much more options and now the gwp are so limited. Can someone tell me if this is a glitch. Just tried to add the foundation samples one with $45 cad purchase that was just released this morning and still says out of stock. Thanks!

@DaneeBT tried to add hairbag this morning as it just released and same problem stating itโ€™s out of inventory. Sephora really needs to step up and fix these issues.

@keelybt  Hi - last time with the same issue I called and they said they couldnโ€™t add it either so that advice should not be provided to customers as it doesnโ€™t work and is quite frustrating.

I posted this on someone elseโ€™s that is similar. Itโ€™s not just you!

 

Iโ€™ve been rouge for over a decade and I agree they are never in stock. For instance the OMGSAMPLES thatโ€™s up currently it was posted 10 min before I put stuff in my basket I tried to add it and it was expired/no inventory. The free samples is one thing to get other items but being at the rouge level and never getting the spend this much and choose offer lately has been ridiculous. Other recent issues this past year the one day sale things where you canโ€™t add it into your cart at the sale price. Also they used to offer 100$ gift card if you had 2500 points no longer can you find these offers. I have thousands of points that I can never use because anything over 500 points is gone instantly when itโ€™s put onto the site and itโ€™s put on Tuesday and Thursday never can get something. Sephora has issues with transparency. They need to be more honest. Also please stop with the incentive reviews if you didnโ€™t buy it from Sephora you shouldnโ€™t post a review. I also wish there was an ulta in Canada. But what Iโ€™ve started doing is buying from the actual company. The points, tiers and benefits have steadily declined.

@RiRi0901  100% agree with you. And Iโ€™m just being ignored right now via customer service. It is so frustrating to say the least

This has been happening non stop for me in the last few weeks. Beyond frustrating, I am Rouge and used to love Sephora but this is causing me to not make any more purchases.

Same! Between the crap sample issue, the minimal things to use your points for unless the 100-200 level, the fake reviews Iโ€™m over Sephora right now. Iโ€™ve been purchasing from the brands page some you canโ€™t. Sephora needs to fix itself!

@keeylaaa  I know! Me too! And they just donโ€™t seem to care that like an entire country canโ€™t get gwp?? Like that is so terrible! Really doesnโ€™t make me want to buy from them anymore!

Hi Danee- this happened to me this morning again with the Ouai trial size.. still saying itโ€™s out of stock for me on all gwp.. can you please check into this asap? I am sure this is not just happening to me so it is definitely a glitch and is unfortunately very frustrating. The Ouai trial size just got released this morning.

@AmesT If you're referring to the OUAI Scalp & Body Scrub - Deluxe Size, I see that it is currently in stock on both our US and Canadian websites! @DaneeBT  you said you would look into the omgsamples code yesterday.. u have heard nothing. Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s out of stock by now but this customer service provided I gave to say is atrocious

Hi @DaneeBT , there is an overall glitch on the Canadian website for these. I donโ€™t want to have to call everytime I purchase something online. Can you please look into why this is happening and provide an update. It has been consistently like this for the past week

I am so displeased with sephora right now because I am having the same issue.

1.First of all last night I was trying to use the spend 75 for points code and it wasnโ€™t working (this was before midnight PT). 

2. I actually WATCHED the skincare sample change to glow recipe from the old one and it would not let me add it, indicating it was OOS or expired. It canโ€™t possible be OOS the second it appeared.

3.the briogeo could more likely be OOS but it wasnโ€™t even added that long ago. Is Sephora severely under stocking these offers?

4. I was actually on the app AT MIDNIGHT PT (which is 2am my time) when the offer changed to the OMGSAMPLES foundation offer, and it immediately said expired or OOS for the code. I thought maybe it was a delay on the site so I tried again a bit later and then again this morning. Nothing.

 

to say these offers arenโ€™t in Canada simply isnโ€™t true because we can all see them on our app/on the website. I was really getting into Sephora again lately but itโ€™s going downhill fast. I signed up for an olive young membership and and they have SO MANY GWP I immediately feel so much more valued.

โ€ƒhi - this says also on Sephora.ca.. yet itโ€™s all sold out before it even got released. This is absolutely a glitch because this happened multiple times to me last week. Can you please fix this asap?

I tried the glow recipe one right when it got posted and same issue and others are having the same problem so I donโ€™t think this is an isolated problem. Needs to be fixed asap. Itโ€™s problematic that Sephora does not take these things seriously.
