Gift with purchases lately

Is something wrong with the gwp lately? Everytime I go to redeem it says it’s run out of stock.  But the thing is I’m doing it right in the morning when they release the new gwp for that day.. how can it be out of stock already? I’ve tried three separate times the past week on three different gwp and all were the same. Couldn’t get anything.. there used to be so much more options and now the gwp are so limited. Can someone tell me if this is a glitch. Just tried to add the foundation samples one with $45 cad purchase that was just released this morning and still says out of stock. Thanks!

But on the Canadian app it shows as an option.. is this a glitch? I also get it via email. But can never add it

To say things are sold out already is terrible customer service. I have been rouge for so long and Sephora never takes these things seriously. It is so insulting to loyal customers.
