Gift card not getting added to mobile/ apple wallet

Hi,

Can someone help here. I have giftcards which I would like to add to my apple wallet (apparently these can't be added to Sephora app) and I have followed the instruction and still unable to do it. It recognizes the card, shows me the balance but when I say "add to wallet" I get the error message saying "The page you requested can not be found". I tried doing it though the app as well as on laptop (using chrome). Please let me know if someone can help.

@JamilaBT Jamila, I have tried those steps and it's still not working. As soon as I click the last step to add to to my apple wallet I get the error.

I have the same problem as the previous poster.  The steps work fine until the very last one,  When I click on the link in the text message on my phone (running iOS 10.3.3), it pulls up a website with a “Page not found” error.  Please advise how to correct this problem.
