Gift card issues

I’m trying to place an order online with a Sephora gift card and I keep getting a “gift card number invalid” message. Supposedly Sephora cards have a 16 digit number with an 8 digit pin. No sis, my Sephora gift card is 19 digits with a 4 digit pin and won’t work for me.

@aunnbonn If you have a Sephora inside JCPenney gift card, those are JCPenney gift cards and can be used on jcp.com/sephora
