GIFT CARD ISSUES

I got a $100 gift card for Christmas. I went to use it today to take advantage of the 10%off that is online only. When I took out the sticker to show the card number, 3 numbers were not there so I am not able to use the gift card. I contacted customer service twice and I was told there was NOTHING they can do. I then went in-store and they told me I should be able to talk to customer service for assistance so I contacted them again. They told me that I have to go through the person that bought it and file a complaint with the bank? That is very inconvenient for the person that got me the gift. I am basically losing $100. I went through this community posts and saw a lot of people that are going through the same thing. Is Sephora selling faulty Gift cards? Unacceptable!

@mandyzl I'm sorry to hear that! If you have the first 12 digits, we should be able to locate it in our system.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with a picture of your gift card or you can contact us privately by Facebook, X or Instagram.
