Gift card gone

Your feature of not storing gift cards on the app is really poor and has caused many people to lose their money as shown by the numerous posts on here about it.

You offer zero solutions for people to recover their gift card and that’s really poor. I just lost $75 from a card I never got to use and uploaded to the app.
