Gift Card Error

My gift cards have two numbers printed on them PLUS a FOUR digit PIN that I had to scratch off.  One number is 13 digits and is the same on both cards; one number is 19 digits, but unique on each card.  The PIN numbers, which again are four digits and not eight, are also unique.  Please help!
