Game of Thrones Urban Decay early access for Rouge members?

I was wondering if Rouge members will get early access to the Urban Decay Game of Thrones lines?  Urban Decay will launch the line April 14th, but Sephora doesn't get it until the 29th.  I'd prefer to get it at Sephora, but I'm worried about it selling out.

At this time, this launch is not available for early access. The URBAN DECAY Game Of Thrones collection will be available online on 04/29 and in-store on 05/02. I recommend using the 'Email when in stock' feature on the product page for updates on when this product is available. Thank you!
