Free samples seems to be a problem

It seems like the free samples is a reoccurring problem. It’s disappointing to see that Sephora has not done better with this issue. For most, we pick samples so that we can try it and more than often end up buying the product. Of all my only orders, I have received less than a handful of the samples I picked, I usually get nothing. Now I received two samples but they are far from what I usually choose so they’re useless to me. It’s frustrating and a waste. Feels like staff just grab whatever and throw it in the box.

@Carousse I'm sorry to hear this! We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment and will share this feedback with the appropriate department.
