Fleet optics tracking??

Has anyone had a shipment with fleet optics where the tracking number never updates but you’ve actually gotten your order?? I was supposed to get an order today but the status of my order is completely blank on their tracking site and based on what I’ve read here I’m not confident I’ll actually get my order. I’ve ordered dozens of times with Sephora and I’ve never been forced to use this company before. In fact, two orders I placed earlier the same week went with Canada Post and were delivered SUPER fast. Anyone have any insight?!
