Fleet Optics Unable to Deliver?!

My package was supposed to arrive this morning. All of a sudden, the tracking from Fleet Optics said that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt, although no truck/car passed by or rang at the door. A few hours later it now says "unable to access - no answer at call panel", even though i do not live in an apartment or condo. This is extremely frustrating and i'm unable to track the driver on the Fleet Optics site. This is an expensive order and I am beyond unsatisfied. Does anyone know what to do? I've seen several posts saying that Fleet Optics does not even answer calls, so i don't know what to do anymore.

Fleet Optics is THE worst. I don’t know why Sephora continues to use them. They apparently “delivered” my package last week and I have yet to see it. I work remotely so I am home all day. Sephora has since reshipped my items and even after asking that they don’t use Fleet Optics this time of course, they have. Expected arrival is Wednesday so let’s see if I actually get it this time.
