Fleet Delivery in Vancouver

I had a bad experience with Fleet a new delivery service in BC and searched for it and found bunch of complaints about service in Ontario since start of year. Why would you expand use of this courier when they are doing a crap job during a pandemic?? Canada Post is super reliable, has tracking and delivery notifications when your item is delivered and in my building has a parcel box for bigger packages. From comments peoples packages are going missing and Sephora isn't issuing refunds. my package was safe dropped according to tracking on Saturday and they just left it in my lobby, no door delivery, no delivery notification. Only reason I knew is I checked tracking since a later order came on Friday. Lucky my building is honest as it sat there for 3 days. From a couple complaints I saw I guess I am lucky they didn't leave it outside in a flowerbed. it also sounds sketchy if you aren't home as you cant pick it up. I am going to avoid shopping here until you give me a choice to select Canada Post..not worth the hassle. Worst thing is Sephora not notifying customers about this change in shippers. guess cheaper shipping cost for sephora trumps customer service.

100% agree. Today I got a phone call from someone I didn’t know. I answered. It was FleetOptics. The guy said he was delivering a package for me from Sephora. He said he was at my place. I happened to be taking the dog out, so I was at my front door. He wasn’t there. I had to wait as he parked his car and walked up to my building. Why am I mad? 1. He expected me to come down three flights to come get my package. Why do we pay for delivery? He wasn’t even at my building and was calling to get me to come downstairs!! He should be buzzing me!! 2. HOW DOES HE HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER?! I checked and it was not on the box. My name, address, and buzzer number was on there. No phone number. Why is he calling my personal phone number?! Talk about privacy issues!! As someone who was hacked via a SIM swap through Rogers, he should not have access to that kind of extra information. You need to remove phone numbers from your information for delivery, because he has no right to be calling me when he has my buzz code. Go back to using Canada Post. You need reliable people delivering your packages who aren’t calling us on our private numbers. I got my package at around 1:30 PM. I just got a notification at 9:00 PM that my package was about to be delivered. WTF?

Also, the guy didn’t follow physical distancing when delivering. Canada Post is so respectful of this!!!
