Fix your website/app

1. I haven’t been able to load or access the “profile” page for my account the whole year 2. There’s no sound when I try to play product videos on my iPhone (everything else has sound like YouTube, Spotify) 3. The “tag product” for group conversations need to be fixed so you can scroll or see all products instead of just some of the products with similar names or from the same brand 4. The chat doesn’t work I’ll post more problems as they come up. This site never seems to have a shortage of problems.

Laptop problems: profile not loading; tag product in conversation; chat doesn't work

@RAWRitsRED thank you for your response! On your laptop, have you tried using a different browser and/or clearing your cookies? And on your iPhone, please make sure the app is fully up-to-date. Please let me know if the issue persists! Thank you!

I've been having the same issue with no sound in the app. It only works when I connect earphones. The sound on my phone works fine and I have the latest app. When I tried to report this months ago I was told to call in which I don't really have time to do. I would think the company would want to fix a glitch that could affect a sale converting.
