Exchange an item

Hello,

 

i ordered the Atelier Cologne set perfume palette (10 x 2 ML) and when i opened my packaged i noticed thate some of the perfumes seemed to have been used as 2 bottles had less liquid in them than the others. I wanted to exchange the items but I can’t go in store because the stores don’t carry that item.
