Exchange Redeem Perfume Sampler

Last week I redeemed the perfume sampler for the   Black opium perfume which was my favorite scent from the sampler. However after having regular usage, I realized that I must have an allergy to this fragrance. Can I exchange it or get a refund of any kind? I wasn’t a huge fan of any of the other scents but I’d rather have something than a perfume I can’t even wear. Thank you!
