Empty Package/Sturm Kits

Has anyone received empty product packaging? Ordered the Sturm Glow Kit and it came opened, with product seals broken. Customer Service kindly reshipped and received empty product box (pictured). Customer service could only provide store credit, as they had already reshipped once. It’s so bizarre. Has this happened to anyone else with online orders?
