ERROR unable to place order

Please help!! I am trying to place my sephora order with 4 items it is saying: 

 

Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.
If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.”

 

I double checked the information and billing address and everything is correct. 

 

How do I fix this?? I have a birthday gift in my cart and it expires in 3 days too.
