EMPTY BOX?

Hello, i received an EMPTY BOX.

im actually so shocked. I ordered one thing. After months of contemplating I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy the summer Fridays lip balm. But the box came EMPTY. It had one sample in it??? I took pictures but I keep seeing Sephora refused to send others the product because you had to take a video of you opening it then and there…???! I’m super scared. It took my months to build the courage to drop 26 on a LIP BALM. And now I’m worried/hearing they don’t care or won’t send me the product I paid for? Am I never going to get my lipblam or money back😭😭😭 please help. I’d really appreciate it any assistance if possible.
