Does sephora ship to you for free if they are out of stock in store?

I heard that if they are out of stock in the store they can ship it to you for free. Does this still apply if the item is under $50 Canadian.

Hi @juliaallinson Yes, if the store is out of the item you want and it is available online, they can assist you in ordering it with no shipping charge no matter the price!

Yes, they shipped a $36 item to me when they were out of stock in store.
