Disgusted with Sephora

I just drove an hour to come to Sephora at Kohls so I could return two products, purchase one product, and pick up a birthday gift. I was able to return one item! And that’s it!! The other item has to be returned through the mail. Why?? Because it came from Sephora, not Sephora at Kohls. WTF?! The product I wanted to buy… a GXVE brow pencil or definer… the employee didn’t even know where to find this brand. Then when we find it, there is one GXVE ITEM and that’s it!! Not like several of one item either. One item for sale! Poor Gwen Stefani. Oh and Birthday gifts, they have NONE! Ulta had my birthday gift! Ready and waiting! And Sephora is supposed to be superior?? I doubt it! I’m so glad I wasted the gas and time, and money to pay the baby sitter, for absolutely nothing! No, I’m sorry, to return one $15 item! SMH. This company has gone WAY DOWNHILL!!

At this time, products purchased from sephora.com can only be returned by mail or in a freestanding Sephora store. Products purchased in a freestanding Sephora store can only be returned to a freestanding store. Similarly, products purchased in Sephora At Kohl's stores or on the Kohl's website can only be returned to Kohl's.
