Disappointed: Over 10k insider points taken out of my account

Over 10k points taken out of my account due to inactivity. I’ve been saving those points ever since I started using makeup. Ive always been loyal to Sephora. They neglected to notify me. Without warning, not even a simple email or message on the app. I wasn’t even aware that sephora points expire. I talked to a customer rep, and they gave me the same cookie cutter message they give out. Stating thats it’s in their policy, that I should have been aware when I signed up; which was almost over a decade ago. This past year my priorities shifted, I had twins and been focusing on them. This year I promised myself to practice self care so I logged into Sephora to buy myself a couple of things just to find out my points were gone. Sephora doesn’t care about their loyal customers. It’s very sad.

@lilliith sorry to hear that!  Points only expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll be happy to take a look into this then send you a message.
