Disappearing Points

The other day I added a 100 point item from the beauty rewards bazaar to my cart but didn't check out. I didn't make the purchase and the reward eventually went out of stock, but I still lost 100 points. I can see the correct number of points in some placed but in the actual bazaar it goes back to the minus 100 points total and won't let me use them. Has anyone else had this issue?

@chirp321 Can you try updating your region to Canada and then back to US? This should force the reward out of your basket. If you are on our desktop or mobile site, you can update your region on the basket page. If you are on our app, you can update it by going to your profile and then selecting app settings.
