Digital Events Emails

Hi all! I am a Beauty Insider and new to the digital events. I understand most of the events for July have already closed. I was waiting for an email and never received one, even though I am signed up to receive emails. Has anyone else had this issue? I contacted customer support regarding the digital events emails and they made it seem as though I should be eligible to recieve emails for the events.

I just wanted to point out something as I spoke with a customer service rep today and she herself told me that NONE of the events have been made available to the public to sign up for. In addition, I also asked her why I haven’t received an email yet for this month’s Digital Events and she told me that hasn’t been sent out yet either. I’m not sure why this month has been super delayed but she did tell me to actively keep checking the digital events page to see when it will open up.

I haven’t received my Sephora digital events email either even though I received one last month. I tried going online to register and all events say “coming soon.” I don’t know why I have not been able to receive an email or even sign up for these events for this month even though I have never had this issue in the past.

@Kaitlyngd @I have had one month where I didn’t get the digital events email. Customer service reset my email and I got them again.
