I recently purchased two items for the Sephora sale for me and my mom as a buy online and pickup in person. When I checked my order, even though I did NOT sign up for auto-replenish, it says delivery every two months. I didn’t sign up for this and I don’t want it. When I go to my account there is nothing listed under auto replenish. Why does this order say delivery every two months? I called customer service and was told they had no answers and to just wait and see what happens. I don’t want to wait and see if I’m charged though- why was something like this done with my order without my consent?? How do I stop it?
Update: customer service reached out and assured it’s a glitch that will be fixed. It has not been fixed and my order still shows as auto replenish despite not signing up for such. Additionally, a second in store pick up order I just placed now has this same issue even though the order was cancelled for not being in stock.
Truly what is going on with Sephora? People are getting auto replenish without signing up? Incorrect store stock listed… this issue was originally posted beginning of the month and it’s now the end of the month with no resolution.

@PingP33333 There is a temporary technical error causing those items to be displayed in your Order History as if they will be auto replenished. This is not the case and will be fixed soon. You can confirm this on your Auto-Replenishment dashboard where you manage your subscriptions. You can see that these items are not displayed there.
This just happened to me. I cancelled my order and placed it again thinking I did something wrong.

same thing happened to me for my pickup order, how’d you fix it?
This happened to me as well with 2 separate orders I placed for in-store pick-up. How can this be corrected? When I go to Auto-replenish in the app, I receive an error so I can’t even cancel on my own.

Same thing happened to me, it has to be a system error for Sephora because I know I didn’t sign up for it as well. I also purchased for store pick up.
