Didn't receive samples?

I made two separate orders, one for me and another for my daughter. The orders came in a box together ( which I can appreciate! save a tree, people! ) but only contained 1 of the 6 free samples I picked out for us to try together. Did they run out again? If not-- could I maybe get those 5 samples.

Happened to me before too. They told me if you place an order within like 30mins of each other, they will ship together. It's in their small print.

Wow!! That's really good to know, thank you! Unfortunately, I made these orders within an hour or two of each other, not 30 minutes. While I'm glad they shipped together, it'd be nice if I could get the rest of the samples. At least for one of the orders!

call customer service! that's what I did and they gave me some points. I'm happy they save trees but I agree, they need to send all the samples you order. So irritating!
