Didn’t receive free samples

Hi Customer service @sephora  

I have not received any simples with the order that got delivered today. It has happened in the past as well and it happened again today. I was so excited to try new samples because there are few things which I wanted to try before buying a full size item but it’s sad that I didn’t receive any samples with this order either.

I placed an order on July 3 and also didn't receive my samples. This is the first time this has happened to me.
