Didn't get my samples!

Didnt receive any of my 3 samples from my last order. Just wondering is there a way to get them? Or am I just gonna have to take the L? 😂

I understand this must be disappointing, especially when your expecting a delivery. However, don’t forget you can stop by at any Sephora and ask for any 3 samples you like with no purchase. I hope this works !!

I know how you feel.  I know it is just samples,  but when I have picked them out and expect them to be in my order but then they aren't,  it is aggravating.  My last order wasn't shipped out for over a week to then only receive one of my samples?  I wish Ulta already carried the few brands that I still have to get from Sephora.  I used to really enjoy Sephora but here lately it just isn't the same anymore.

I had the same problem. The last several orders didn't contain one sample I chose, and this last one had none!

I also didnt get my samples..they sent me an email saying basically that if you don't get them then oh well.. that they run out and aren't required to send them. I think it's false advertising.. they won't give me them..and I spent money ordering believing I was getting the deal.

This seems fishy. I’ve been consistently ordering since mid-November and the sample situation has been a mess. I just opened and order and there were no samples. Usually, they’re not what I’ve asked for because I assume they ran out, but to give me nothing is ridiculous. It’s a small thing, but it gives Sephora an edge over other beauty stores. Or at least it did ...
