Didn't get my free samples

I received my sephora package today and I got the item you could purchase with one of those promo codes but I didn't get my three free samples, I'm almost sure I picked the Josie Maran illuminator, the Versace fragance sample and the Tom Ford fragance sample. Would like to know if they were removed from my order or if sephora did not send them to me. Thank you.

You would be so lucky to even have 1 of your requested samples.

Of my last four orders I only received 1 out of the 3 requested samples even if it shows in stock within 1 week of placing two different orders! Don't even bother trying!

I have tried 3 times now to get a sample of that illuminator and all 3 times they send something else.. they should really just take it off the app/site if they don't have any.
