Did not receive free samples

I just received my order but did not receive the 2 free samples that I chose with that order, what  is odd though is that when I look online at my order information the samples are included?! Was wondering if anyone has had the same experience.

Same thing just happened to me :'( I was really looking forward to trying those items. I know other people have expeirenced this, and are told to go to a store and ask a cast member directly, but the whole reason I'm ordering online is because I'm immunocompromised and can't really go anywhere while the world is, you know... I requested:

and got peter thomas roth water drench hyaluronic cloud cream... I definitely won't be using it.
