Did anyone's reward from reward bazaar get cancelled?

I was so excited to redeem the Fenty Beauty swag vault in size medium. I received an order number and even received an email saying it was confirmed. Then I discovered the points never got removed from my account and in my order history it was cancelled. I did not cancel it myself and I was not aware of this happening!! This is so frustrating but am I the only one this happened to?
