Did anyone else not get their Sephoria 2022 NFT?

UPDATE September 27: I finally got the 500 points and $10 off coupon in my email today!

On Sunday, September 18, 2022, I attended the online event Sephoria 2022 where attendees were supposed to gain access to Sephora’s first ever NFT. I attended the virtual event and claimed my NFT. I should have received some sort of email confirmation of it as well as a $10 off coupon to put towards a future purchase. 

It has been 2 days since the event and I still have not received any email confirmation or $10 off offer code. I have refreshed my inbox as well as checked the spam folder several times already. What is EXTREMELY disappointing is that nobody has been helpful at all in resolving this issue. I have emailed support@eventique.com and sephoria2022@eventique.com as well as tried to chat with customer support in the Sephora app and I have either gotten useless responses or silence. 

Am I the only one who faced this problem when trying to receive my Sephora NFT? Or have others also faced the same problem? And does anyone know who to contact to actually find a solution to this problem? I just want my NFT and my $10 off coupon. Really should have gotten it the moment I claimed the NFT at Sephoria 2022.

It is now Oct 17th, and I haven't received my Sephoria 500 points from the NFT. Literally nothing. I have telephoned into customer service a week ago to ask when or if I will receive the points only to be told to be patient. However, I have received the survey to give feedback to the event. I was nice but said that the redemption of the 500 pts should be much faster. Sorry to whinge about this, but I think that a month after the event is a long enough wait.

I haven't received a thing. I have given up on checking my email for the gift card every day. Even if I did get it I'm hardly excited anymore because it has taken so long. I won the 500 points and those haven't been applied. My friends all the same thing. It would had been more fun to not make these offers at all rather than make them and never follow through. After the event we all had things we were excited to get and would had spent a pretty penny. But of course we waited for the points and gift card cause that is what a reasonable person would do. If any of us even remember what we were going to get we no longer care or already bought it at Ulta or Nordstroms.

Same. Another Sephora failure.  Didn’t get the NFT, 500 points after playing all the games, none of the masterclasses/theatre videos would play but tech support line was so long i never got to chat with someone to fix it, never got $20 e-gift card after spending an hour of my family time on a focus group chat. I’m over it!

Same, it kinda feels like a scam because I spent my Sunday at Sephoria just for that NFT and those 500 points and haven’t gotten ANYTHING yet

Eventique keeps saying "We will ship it out soon."  "Soon" has been a over a week.

Okay that is terrible…you spent your own money to order that for the event and then not make sure it arrived in time?!? That is awful! They were sold out when I tried to order but I guess it’s for the best.

Yes there was a glitch during the event that sent me around in a circle. Click the NFT -> Confirm NFT Wallet (already confirmed before the event) -> Click link in email -> Click the NFT, etc..

I waited 25 min for IT support during the event, they said the NFT’s would reconcile to the attendees soon after the event. They provided an email address, which I emailed immediately. They prompted me to download the wallet - which I already had!

 I pushed back and attached the pic of my interaction with IT support to the email. They sent the link again. I clicked it, it refreshed and my NFT finally appeared. I still don’t see how I can get the NFT to my .ETH or Coinbase wallet. Wondering if this was just a marketing thing not intended to be a true NFT.

I still haven’t received the 500 point reward in my account, which I redeemed during the event, or the $10 off coupon promised with the NFT. I’m disappointed by the execution and delivery of rewards. Especially since they just emailed about some new fantastic 750+ point awards that I would order IF I HAD MY 500 POINT REWARD. Gah.

One of my colleagues who’s into the crypto space said this probably just a POAP, not an NFT. But still, if we are promised a $10 off coupon and 500 points we should receive it. Customer support did nothing but send ne in circles, and that eventique support email literally has not even responded to me despite following up on it!
