packet has been received, it will be reviewed by our claims department
and you can expect to hear back within the time frame stated on the
claims packet.

Same thing happened to me. $225 worth of gifts cards and Sephora was NO
help. These were for my daughters and they were Christmas gifts from
their Uncle. He even included the receipt and they still won't honor it.
