Delivery estimate time

I found this is so annoying. Ugh I placed an online order on 2/2nd. Usually I prefer to go buy in store but since it was stated on the website that it should be delivered to me on the 5th I decided to place on line order! Found out later Sephora did not ship my items until the 4th and now the delivery date is changed to the 6th without noticing me. I have to go out of town early on the 6th plus there is some package thief going on around here. So I prefer to be home when my packages arrived. I Email customer service and what I get back is first trying to tell me that my items originally scheduled to be delivered on the 6th. So I get back with proof then he/she told me to call Fedex to pick it up at the location. Nice job pushing it to the customer. So I called Fedex and they told me they couldn’t do that because of the restriction with the package. Never ever had any problems with Sephora but this is annoying. If you can’t guarantee your shipping process do not put it on the website.
