Delivery Issues

Sephora has the worst delivery service.  I’ve never had an issue with Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL delivering to my home but for the second time the company Sephora uses has delayed my delivery for supposedly being unable to complete it.  Since their failed attempt, there have been no tracking updates and when I contacted them they told me a re-delivery attempt would be scheduled for the next day but it wasn’t.  There isn’t a Sephora location near me so my only option is to order online but since my orders aren’t being delivered I think I’ll look for my products elsewhere.  I’ll give it one more day and if my items aren’t delivered by the end of the day I’ll just cancel my order and and place a new order where they use a competent delivery service.
