Delivery Issues are getting rediculous

I am trending to no longer order anything from Sephora!  The delivery time is ridiculous, it ends up going from the 3 day delivery now to about a week.  Honestly, there is no lugit reason for it to be that slow.  My order was supposed to be delivered today, day 3 and it still has not been picked up by UPS according to the tracking. Due to work I am not able to just hop in my car and zip across town to pick up the product at their store and most likely, they are out of stock there so I order it.....and wait....and wait.....and wait.  Service just is not what it used to be at all.... disappointed.

Agreed.

 

I ordered yesterday and tonight they send me an email saying that I will get my order on June 10th.

 

That is pathetic and certainly not the level of service I am willing to accept. Not even an apology, let alone a discount or solution.

 

AND there is no customer service via email and the chat and phone lines are closed. This is not a Mom & Pop shop. They are actively choosing to be unavailable so that customers have no way to get a resolution for problems.

 

Why would we shop from a company that can't be bothered to send out product?
