Delivery Issue

Hello, I have a quick question regarding my delivery status. It states that my order was attempted to be delivered today but the time listed was a time I was home and would have been able to answer the door. I have never had an issue before and I don’t understand what has happened. I was wondering how I can find my order and receive it at the address I listed. I appreciate any help! Thank you!
