Hi! How do I delete my old credit card information from the app?

Hi TaylorMorgan119,

Once you've opened the app, please click on the menu bar in the top left corner, click on the section where you see your points, select "Account", then select "Payments & Credits". You should then be able to delete your old credit card! If you need assistance with this, please send me a private message so I can help! 🙂

Hi, I have the same question. I've followed your suggestion and there doesn't seem to be a delete option, only edit. Do I need to be on the full website?

You can delete the CC info from the full site but not in the app. Just tried it based on the instructions given and it did not work. Went to the site and “Delete Card Information” is available and you don’t have to replace it with another card. (Which would defeat the purpose of you are removing card information for security reasons.)

Hi @jillhope7. In order to delete a primary or default payment method, you must enter in a new card, select that as a default card, and then you can remove any old or incorrect payment methods. Let me know if you still need assistance.
