Delayed Return Process

Hi! I made some returns at the end of April and it says my package was delivered to the Sephora warehouse on May 5th. It's been two full weeks since my package was delivered and I haven't gotten any emails saying my return has been processed. I know once the return gets processed, I have to wait an additional ~5 business days for my refund so I am getting a little frustrated on why it's taking so long. I understand due to COVID-19 there are delays but it has been weeks now, and I would really love to get my money back. Thanks!

I apologize for the delay! Due to current high volume, returns may take 2-3 weeks to fully process from the date they are received, and you will receive an email once it has been processed. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up.
