Damaged package

My first order was just delivered with my YTTP cleanser smashed, spilled all over the box, soaking through the package and leaving it ripped open on top and everything soaked on the inside. I am so upset. Half of this order was gifts for people 😫 There was no bubble wrap or packaging bubble and my order had a few glass items. I don’t understand the lack of care in packaging such an expensive order 😫
