Customer support

I recently made a purchase of a lip kit from Sephora on the 28th and both the courrier and Sephora say that is had been delivered today. At 10:11 today I get an email saying it has been delivered and I can't access my tracking anymore. Is this unusual?

@MaddyCoryell, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
