Hi! 
I ordered online for my favourite Nars lipstick and Dior foundation. The online customer support via chat was mind blowing and I was really happy with fast shipping services. But I needed to change the color for my lipstick and I went to the shop in person. The lady was helping over there was extremely rude. The other day lady was really nice but sometimes over there the customer support ladies are really rude that last time I felt like I will never come here again.
