Credit Card Rewards

I cannot use my credit card rewards. Every time I try to use it, it says that they cannot be applied. The reward is set to expire in July.

Keeleybt, are you with customer service. I have same issue. I had two reward dollars expiring July + August. They disappeared from my Sephora account few weeks ago. I do still see them unused in credit card website. I have called Sephora and Credit card…..even had a Sephora supervisor stay on call with me for over an hour….transferred so many times and no resolution. Coincidently I did have my Sephora Visa card replaced, it had been compromised….soon after loading card in Sephora my reward dollars disappeared????? I am considering canceling this card….and maybe applying all over again, or shopping elsewhere, odd to earn reward dollars and not be able to easily use????
