Credit Card Account Number

I applied over a month and go and never received my card. I can’t get in touch with anyone over the phone to report the card lost. Nor is the number working currently to even attempt to pay my bill. I can’t sign up online without the card number and this is going to affect my credit.

I'm so sorry to hear about this! Comenity recently had a system update and it looks like their phone lines are not currently working properly. I recommend reaching out to them via phone at a later time so that this can be looked into further or contacting them via their Live Chat. I'm sorry for this experience!

Live chat only provides the same number that I’ve been calling or to send a secure message which I can’t do because I don’t have any account info. I can’t even report the card or manage anything. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
