So I just received this after weeks of ordering it. I’m not sure if it is the new shipping company or just the quality of the beauty roller, but it came with some stones missing and has a crack in the middle. I did read reviews of the beauty roller that said a lot of people found that the stones would fall off, but I decide to get it anyways during the promotion since I wanted it for so long. I’m sad that it ended up being a disappointment.

You can see the crack at the top. If there is a pickup option for returns, I would be more than happy to do that. Due to covid-19, I am unable to get to the local post office.

If you’re in the US then YOU can go online to USPS website and schedule a pickup. Sephora won’t do it for you.
