Nurse needing makeup recommendations

I am a nurse who is looking for a recommendation for foundation or a skin tint or tinted moisturizer or SOMETHING. I want it to be natural enough looking but also help me look more put together at work. Something light, and also will last hours of sweating under a mask. I have lots of redness on my cheeks. I just want a routine that is easy but makes me feel perfect going into work but not too much.

I got the fenty tint which I do like but it does not last my entire shift unfortunately. I am relatively out of touch with the trends atm. I use maybelline fit me foundation for my actual makeup routine but find it too heavy for work.   Thankyou sooo much! #fentyskintint #eazedrop #nurse #help

@morganmcleann thank you for what you do, nursing doesn't get as many kudos as it should. A foundation that I think is wonderous is HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA Triclone Skin Tech Medium Coverage Foundation with Fermented Arnica 130 Light... It's very light weight, you only need a small amount and the coverage is great. There is also an excellent shade range.

Hummm, If you like this foundation maybe your routine just needs a Setting Spray or a Setting Powder to help your foundation last. Also adding a primer to your routine could really help your foundation hold up longer for you. @morganmcleann
